Corporate assembly

The corporate assembly has 12 members elected by the shareholders and six elected by and among the employees.

In addition, the employees have three observers. The assembly constitutes itself through the election of a chair and deputy chair, both for one year at a time. Shareholder-elected directors of the company are chosen by the assembly members elected by the shareholders.
