Norske Skog Golbey is one of 18 units in Norske Skogindustrier ASA, the second largest supplier of printing papers in the world.

Built in 1992, then expanded in 1999, this mill has the highest yield in Europe with a production capacity of 600,000 tonnes per annum. and are equipped with the most modern technologies and represent an investment of 5.2 billion Francs, with 400 million Francs dedicated to protection of the environment.

The people who work there take care to comply with the highest standards in quality and security to reduce the mill's impact on the environment to the lowest possible levels. Norske Skog Golbey obtained the certifications ISO 9001 in 1996 and ISO 14001 in 1998.
