They told me it was a mill with young, highly motivated staff, large investments and innovation, which only went to confirm the image we had of this mill at the engineering school where I was studying, namely the EFPG (French School for the Papermaking and Graphic Industries) in Grenoble.

When I arrived here, I wasn’t disappointed. Everything was like I had been told. There is an excellent atmosphere, which is very important; this is something one looks for on finishing one’s studies. The people are open and the office doors too. That says everything!"
