"We do everything in our power to produce paper that exactly corresponds to our customers’ requirements. This means a paper that doesn’t tear (we papermakers talk about “rollability”), that has good quality printing ability ("printability"), etc. It must also, however, be delivered at the right time, at the right place and by the right means of transport.

Quality, as we see it at Norske Skog Golbey, is not only a matter of technique, but also a sense of service. We tell our customers that they may call on us for advice, for information about our paper to optimise running of the rotary printing presses or eventually for the development of new products. They can count on us."
