Safety

"Safety is something that enables us to arrive home from work in a healthy state. At Norske Skog Golbey, we have made this an absolute priority. Our installations have been rendered safe, they are not dangerous and the personnel is permanently made aware of this need. To further improve safety, we are trying at present to make it part of our behaviour patterns and our daily actions.

This is a long-term job but it must become instinctive. In the field of safety, the aim has really been achieved at that point, when safety has become a reflex and when we behave in the same way both inside and outside the mill."
