Norske Skog (Thailand) Co.,Ltd  started production in 1994 in Singburi Province in Thailand, and Norske Skog has 94 % ownership, with the remaining minority owned by Thai interests.

The mill is located 145 km north of Bangkok and has a production capacity of 130,000 mt per year. A sales and administrative office is located in Bangkok.

This highly efficient mill is the sole producer of Newsprint in Thailand, serving mainly Thai customers with paper for daily and weekly newspapers and various other applications in the printing and publishing industry. The capacity of the mill represents about 50 percent of Thai Newsprint consumption. Limited volumes of Newsprint are also exported to other south east Asian countries.

The mill utilizes 100 percent recycled fibre from local and imported sources.
