An international group born in the Norwegian forest
Norske Skog can be translated into English as "Norwegian forest". In fact, the group was founded by Norwegian forest owners who wished to find outlets for their production.
In 1962, at Skogn in Norway, they created the first mill of a group that would continue to expand until it has become the third largest supplier of printing paper.
Today, Norske Skog employs 13,500 people in 23 production units spread around Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australasia.
Its sales offices are present on the 5 continents.
The Norske Skog group is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
