01 Jul 2005 Class actions in the USA The Norwegian daily newspaper, Dagens Næringsliv, has today published an article about the class actions that have been initiated in the USA against a number of companies in the North American and European paper industry, including Norske Skogindustrier ASA, Norske Skog (USA) Inc, Norske Skog North America LLC and Norske Skog Canada Ltd. The class actions have been communicated a number of times in Norske Skogs official reports, including the annual report for 2004.
A class action can take a long time to reach any conclusion. Today's article in Dagens Næringsliv adds no new information to this case.
