08 Sep 2005 Pro forma figures - PanAsia Paper Norske Skog informed the market yesterday about the planned acquisition of 50 % of the shares in PanAsia Paper, with attached pro forma figures. We hereby notify the market that some of yesterday's numbers contain certain errors. New and correct figures will be released today, but probably after the closing of trade at Oslo Stock Exchange.
In yesterday's release, 50 % of PanAsia's net financials in full year 2004 was NOK 112 million. This figure is instead a small negative amount.
