Purchase of own shares

Norske Skog has bought 150,000 own shares at a price of NOK 12.36 per share. Norske Skog's own holding amounts to 844,090 shares after this purchase.

The purchase is done under the authorization to buy back up to 10 % of the shares, given by the Annual General Meeting. The shares will in the near future be used in connection with the employee share scheme, and they will not be cancelled.
