Mandatory notification of trade

Norske Skog has today sold 289 631 shares to employees in connection with the annual share savings scheme. Norske Skog now has 41 862 treasury shares.

This year's scheme included one alternative with 10 per cent discount and a maximum amount of NOK 15 000, and two other alternatives with 20 per cent discount. The employees' share price was NOK 7.48 and NOK 6.65 respectively, which is the average closing price in the period 3 - 7 May, less the 10 or 20 per cent discount.
