Exchange program and growth at Norske Skog
Nick's Journey to Austria! Over the past 2.5 months, Norske Skog Skogn’s process operator Nick Bäuml has been on an exchange program at Norske Skog Bruck GmbH in Austria.
Nick applied for a scholarship through Erasmus+, an EU program supporting education, training, youth, and sports in Europe, and was granted this wonderful opportunity 👏
Now back home, he looks back on the welcoming work environment at the Bruck factory and the experience of both personal and professional growth ↗️ Welcomed with open arms from day one, Nick mentions that his fluency in German also played a significant role.
Everything, of course, becomes easier when there’s no language barrier. This journey has been filled with invaluable experiences, he says.
