Øystein Stray Spetalen withdraws as member of the board

Øystein Stray Spetalen has informed Norske Skogindustrier ASA that he is withdrawing as a member of the board, effective immediately.

"I am withdrawing from the board of Norske Skogindustrier ASA because Unionen AS has sold all of its shares in the company", says Spetalen.
