Norske Skog: Mandatory notification of trade

Chair of Norske Skogindustrier ASA, Jon-Aksel Torgersen, has through his 100% owned company Fiducia AS, today bought 500 000 shares in Norske Skog at a price of NOK 1.90. New holding is 3 486 644 shares.


President & CEO Sven Ombudstvedt has today bought 300 000 shares in Norske Skog at a price of 1.925. New holding is 2 012 149 shares, whereof 1 000 000 is own through his 100% owned company Elle Holding.
