We train apprentices in the following professions (may differ from mill to mill):

- Metal technician / mechanical engineering
- Electrical engineer / plant and operating technology - automation and process control technology
- Disposal and recycling specialist woman
- Operational logistics clerk
- Industrial clerk
- Information technologist
