Norske Skog: Invitation to press and investor briefing at Norske Skog Golbey in France

In connection with the release of Norske Skog's second quarter results, we cordially invite press and investors for a briefing on our forward-looking development projects. Norske Skog Golbey is one of the largest mill sites in the world for production of newsprint paper. The annual production capacity is 595 000 tons. The Golbey mill is the largest Norske Skog mill site. It was started up in the early 1990's as a one machine mill with an annual capacity of 250 000 tons. Later PM2 was built with an annual capacity of 340 000 tons.

The Golbey team has successfully developed the site into an industry cluster well known in the region. As part of the bio diversity expansion of Norske Skog group, you will attend the start of a new bio era for the Golbey mill. Golbey is now ready to launch new projects. We invite you to join us at Golbey for a presentation of the mill and its future. As part of the program, there will be a mill tour at one of the most modern paper production facilities in the world.

The briefing will be at Norske Skog Golbey on 13 July at 11.00. Golbey is located about two hours with train (TGV) from Paris (Gare de L'Est) to Nancy and then a 40 minutes taxi drive to the mill.
